BIKC Update – have I qualified for the Local Finals…?!
With a holiday in the last two weeks of August taking us beyond the end date for British Indoor Karting Championship 2026 (BIKC) qualifying period, we had a nervous wait to see if Tom had done enough to make it through with the competition putting in fantastic times in the last few weeks before we went away…
The good news is not only had he done enough, he qualified in 2nd place! A great start but now the fun really begins! Congrats to those who also qualified, including Toms Teamsport Reading friends Jack G (who is also participating in the F.A.T. Karting League Junior Light Regional Championship with Tom), Daniel C, and too many others to list here!
With the Local Final round for Reading on Weds 16 September, stay tuned to find out if he makes it through to Regionals…
Qualifying position for BIKC Local Finals: 2nd 🥈
